Angelos Galanopoulos is PhD candidate with interest in single cell genomics. He is using nanoranger and other approaches to dissect clonal evolution in blood malignancies during therapeutic bottlenecks, such as alllogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to understand acquisition of therapeutic resistance. Angelos holds a master’s degree in Applied Bioinformatics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
